I ordered some batteries for the firm I work for on my personal Amazon account (so paid for on my credit card) from an Amazon Marketplace seller on 23rd February, which I still haven't received. The very longest delivery date stipulated was 2nd March. I did get an email via Amazon on 25th February saying my order had been despatched, but they certainly haven't arrived.

I have contacted the seller twice now and still not received any response.

Has anybody successfully got their money refunded for non-delivery of goods through an Amazon Marketplace seller?

    Yes I have, go onto Amazon live chat and explain that the seller isn't responding and they will get involved for you.
