CSA: What happens if my circumstances change?

Hello
I'm currently paying through the CSA but have received a letter to say I will be transferred to the new Child Maintenance Service later this year.
I expect under the new system we will get the service to work out the payments, but I will then setup a standing order to the Mother. (So we won't have to pay the 20% and 4% fees for collection).
I just have a few questions please.
Under the new system do they recalculate your payments and send you a letter every 12 months as with the old CSA?
What happens if my circumstances change half way through the year and I become unemployed. Can you ask them to do a recalculation straight away and adjust the payments accordingly, rather than having to wait for the usual annual reassessment?
On the other hand, if I were to receive a pay rise half way through the year do you have to tell them about it, or just wait until the annual reassessment comes around?
Thanks for your advice :-)

Your financial circumstances have to change by 25% to be able to have a mid year reassessment. If they don't change by 25% then its just annual reassessment which they use the latest figures direct from the HMRC to assess.0
