Sorry I haven't posted much but have been lurking.
My chemotherapy finished a couple of weeks ago and now just waiting for the side effects to fade away (can last upto 3 months in the body).
I'm going to venture out to London to see my daughter next weekend. My first outing since May last year when I had the cancer removed.
Then I've got another operation to reverse my temporary bag so still a long way to go. But I thank God everyday that I'm still here.
Sorry to go on and sorry if I've offended anyone discussing my health issue.

I accidentally did something wrong with an apg the other day at ss and the sup came over - face like thunder - put her code i the ss and took my receipts out of the cupboard and redid whole transaction. Did not interact with me at all. I was invisibubble.
Not kidding you - you would think she worked at the tower of London guarding the crown jewels.0 -
Evening peeps.
Been MIA for a week or so getting myself settled into my new home.
Up and running now with a 'new' laptop that I got from my stepson (I paid £550 for it 3 yrs ago) Had to PAY him £50!!! Kids eh!!
Only reason he let me have it was it was full of viruses, factory restore sorted it and I've upgraded to windows 10, so all good so far.
tweets, thankyou for helping me out. I'm going to give it to a local charity if that's ok with you0 -

Glad you have finished the chemo. Enjoy London and visiting your daughter.
Inconclusive dentist visit today. Couldn't really decide what was the right course of treatment, so decided on a patch job and fingers crossed.:(I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
