Day dragged then we had 30 mins to wait when we had finished for course to start. Course started and lasted an hour Some of the Elite need to go on that course, they would have learnt a thing or two

Don't be sorry, your not offending me and I'm sure no one else will be. You should know by now that you can always come on here and off load if you need to. Anyway, we are a nosy lot and are interested in what you are going through.

It'll be lovely for you to get to London to see your daughter, you'll be tired out though afterwards, so take it easy

As you say, still got a way to go but rest as much as you can and let's hope for warmer weather for your trip out X

When I went to bin later she said arnt you putting your coat on this time I said no because it was probably still wet. I got drenched when the heavens opened walking to work.

Well done on getting a couple of shops bubbs :T. I don't need shampoo, I must not have chocolate just now :eek: and I didn't need anything else :rotfl: :rotfl:

I've got to lose a few lbs before I see my consultant on 26th April, as I know he will tell me he won't do my knee unless I lower my bmi a little :eek:

How are you doing now your back to work? I guess it occupies your mind, distracting you from other things X
