OMG!
This is the good thing about dogs. I read that Alsatians can easily walk 50 miles a day so they could out walk any human.
The most I've done is just under 19 thousand and next day my legs were like lead.
Thats the thing having a dog, does rack up your steps.
My steps yesterday was not only dog walking but an hour of zumba and then straight after an hour of clubbercise, thats why im knackered today, first night back after dropping the printer on my toes, as its been too painful dancing on them.
Yesterday I wore my OH fitbit, just to see how accurate the two compare, and the fitbit was over 3000 steps difference :eek:0 -
Be careful COS have removed the Yeo yogurts from Sainsburys and also some flavours of kettle bites.Went in store to purchase and when I came out they had gone:mad:0

It's 125ml bottle HTHs
Thanks TS, I might just get the 200ml from Amazon for £9 odd if they still have it. Or hope that dh finds some wombles that produce something :rotfl: I've got £1.60 so far and Mr A are doing the 125ml for £7. I've got a few days to spare before the offer finishes and I don't need the Bio straight away
How is dd getting on with the Bio? I guess it's early days to see results , but if she applies it twice a day she should see a change in the scar after a couple if weeksCan always rely on the Elite for money saving ideas. :rotfl:
