Yeah I'm still getting that message too. They told me it was something to do with Android updates and problems with Samsung Galaxy S6 phones. I sent my details and pictures of my receipt know Friday and still had no reply. It's only £1.90 but that's not the point though.

Sounds like it's time to get my megaphone out ...........

As for cruises, we loved the one we went on. There was a couple of cases of norovirus but they were told to stay in their cabins. We went on a small boat that was only about half full anyway, but cleanliness is what you make it, keep your hands clean and everything will be fine.

As for cockroaches, they are always around in warm climates anyway!
