Think I can see lots of Elite boogieing in that video. :rotfl:

Sure I spotted zag and DM. And Nanny and TM. :o

just catching up. Weirdly I went to see TOTP being filmed that year (1971) - not this show though; Terry Dactyl and the Dinosaurs were on stage and Silver Machine was on the videos.

I wasn't allowed on set as I was too young. Good job too as the host at my show was the dodgiest one there could have been. :(

I wish I'd known that yesterday (Sunday) mind you there was massive gaps on the shelves in every aisle as my local Morries closed its doors for the last time yesterday :(. They probably didn't have any and dh, miserable booger didn't want to wander round the store

Going back to bed, I'm only awake because of knee pain :o

    Evening all

Just back from a nice evening meal out. Groupon of course.

DH is struggling with something sad in RL so have booked a weekend away in Penrith for his birthday in 2 weeks 2 nights DBB £138 :money:

I have been very mse this weekend Doubled up nectar vouchers to get 4 bottles. The rose recommended by Fernie. Thanks

Got my free cider and only spent a few pounds on bits and pieces. Need to empty my freezers so maybe a few surprise dinners this month before we go on our cruise at the end of the month :T

Interesting. I've just checked deal zippy for York and found nothing if interest, only 2 pages - I don't suppose York has to try very hard after Easter. I also looked at Leeds and Liverpool - that has 5 pages listed
I've gift £10 Groupon credit burning a joke.

So now I am thinking of a weekend somewhere in the lakes

2 nights DBB for £138 in Penrith is very good - Penrith is usually very expensive - don't forget the lama cafe :)

I have severe itchy feet but I can't go anywhere first a couple of weeks ...

I've been looking at Deal Zippy too and Living Social, not much on offer in areas I'm after. Could well be the after Easter effect :)
