They'll usually have the desk signposted. Last time in mine they had one dedicated D-Up stand with two tills and SAs issuing vouchers. This time you had to go to the department you wanted to double-up in. I think it was to prevent queues.

I never got the email but I did get a reply on fb by pm though, so sent them pics of my receipt from yesterday and they are going to manually add the cashback for me....those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

I've used up the 2nd of my latest conditional spends 3x £7 off wys £40 at Waitys earlier! £40 shop down to £19 with my CS, 2 x £10 meals deal , till sees full price of approx. £17 each plus another £6 odd worth of food, till receipt still in car
