    It started with me using the wrong flour....never ever made that mistake before:o
    Put the buttercream onto a warm cake as I was rushing to get to the train station. Messy messy mess.
    The ganache went lumpy.:o

    Hi TM :) Yes thanks, holiday was good, did absolutely nothing but eat/drink/sleep and lazing in the sun chatting or reading.

    Isn't it lovely to have a day without being tempted to go shopping lol.

    Too true......I would like this every Sunday to be honest. I've bought a paper today....not something I often do these days and I'm looking forward to putting my feet up and reading it later.:)
