Just had a lovely baking session. Had to stop as ran out of eggs. Have about 50 chocolate ones in the house but no proper ones. Have easter crispy cakes, easter muffins, a chocolate cake, a banana tea loaf and an apple pie. Went to make a quiche & no eggs . Was sure I had bought another dozen. Pastry is ready for tomorrow.
