print at home e-vouchers for a variety of different retailers I would imagine or amazon gift vouchers that can be loaded to a different amazon account.

The other ones need paypal/bank details but the apps allow 2 users per bank account and 2 users per paypal account (I believe some people have used more than this but you run the risk of being flagged as happened with MSL a few years back)

edit: CS used to allow withdrawals as amazon gift card. They may still offer that
