Glad I'm not the only one this happens to...my son gave me me over £100 he had in coinage...1p's 2p's 5p's etc. Hubby bought his morning paper with it for months...lol
I keep falling for this, I must learn to ask first 'how much' :rotfl:There's no place like home

49p in Home Bargains

Good morning everyone and what a lovely sunny one it is too:j Hope you are all well and wishing everyone a very happy easter :easter_ba
75p in T and 75p in M as well I believe:eek:. I'll take them off the list as you're saying they're 49p in HB:eek::eek::eek::rotfl:. I'm sure they will all be cheaper after Easter.0 -
As your profile fits with the consumer you have been selected to participate in this home use test. However, this latter will not occur as already scheduled but later.

Well, half a point for me for thinking 75p was too dear. But, really, no points at all for not being aware that HB is 49p. Thanks for the info.:)
I told you - I can't check everywhere. And HB is going to be one of those places that I might miss, so thanks for looking out for everyone.
(I also wonder whether some items might be cheaper in Homebase. Cleaning and detergent liquids for example - the grocery stuff that appears on and disappears from my list - I noticed that Homebase have some of those. I noticed they were mostly at very high prices (full price) when I popped in the other day - I think probably an excuse to be able to park on their carpark for free:rotfl::money:
- but, if any occasionally ever go on offer and become, temporarily, better than the supermarkets (to whom my search is usually confined:() then I might be missing out on that information.)
Based on 75p for the 460g carton earlier (and allegedly they went down even further, to 50p, though I never managed to find any stock at that moment), the 165g Jelly Bunnies ought to be under 27p:rotfl:. I know they are not the same - but they are both "Jelly";). I think I'll stick with the Jelly Babies I got:rotfl:. Of course prices on those ever since have been no good:(. If we ever got 50p on the carton, they 'shouldn't' even be charging 18p for the 165g bag, let alone 49p:eek::rotfl::rotfl:.
