Good memories of being a child travelling pop man on a Friday each of us chose our own flavour pop each of us a bar of chocolate each and Petula on the tv ..... My dad finished work for the weekend asleep in his chair and our supper could be a Bar of 6 and milk
cereal and milk ...porride and milk
kitkat and milk
And bless him he would ask us every week what we would like ..as then you shopped daily ....I don't know how he thought we would change our minds from kitkats and bar sixes ...to a health cereal or porridge ...though I do love porridge now and we would be having paste eggs boiled today to paint for sunday and we used onion skins to boil them with for colour ....e ba gum simple but happy0 -
