New experience for me earlier today. Bacon cooked in the microwave.

Actually turned out quite nice, glad I didn't get rid of the microwave tray that was my mum's, Mr TS has tried to get me to throw it away loads of times and I have said it might be useful one day.

Did he pinch the bath bombs too.

It didn't help being told my car was out on the road with a flat tyre in the middle of a glitch to be honest. :o

    Oh no bad timing :(

Well, there's never a good time for a flat but in the middle of a glitch, that's just rude

Thanks vouchercrazy for the wine list this morning. :T

I was telling one of the builders I was stopping myself from going out to buy wine at less than £3 a bottle. And he was very interested as he is getting married in couple of months and sourcing the booze himself.

So now I am really nervous whether it has worked for him, I printed the list for him and wrote instructions, I hope I explained it ok, I kind of wanted to go and hold his hand while he shopped. :o:eek::rotfl:

I did offer to go and do the shop for him at first as I said it was a bit hard to explain, but he seemed keen to do it himself as he would get brownie points for doing something towards organising the wedding. :D

But I know I go the long winded way when explaining things. :o Fingers crossed it worked...

Probably already been mentioned but I have just noticed TopCashback Snap&save has the free bottle of amstel beer 650 ml at T so another good item to add to the wine to get to 10.

Yes it all went a bit pear shaped, first DD2 had crisis and then she noticed I wasn't listening properly as I was fiddling because I had not realised you needed the same item for glitch to work and was watching my basket total go up.

And then Mr TS came in after he got back from the tip and asked if I knew that I had a flat tyre.

When I had new one fitted last night the lad showed me there was a screw/nail in the tyre, I bet Mr TS dropped it when he was loading up the car the day before ready for the tip as I was parked behind I must have driven over it when I went to pick up DD3 from work. :(

Still all sorted now and by using mobile fitter I didn't have to use that silly spray foam as I have no spare wheel to get me to garage and that foam costs around £20 to replace.
