I have had a completely sh** day
And then after the hellish morning, insurmountable family problems -
this afternoon Sky rang in response to my complaint letter, I could have done without them ringing - about 90 mins on OHs mobile
Despite everything all we are getting is the strict bare minimum - £32 for loss of service  - started just after Christmas with ultra slow broadband and then towards the end of January we lost the land line altogether for over 6 weeks with the resulting barely there broad band
Asked to be put through so I could start discussions re contract renewal even though it's not quite time yet. Told the customer service chap the entire sorry tale in graphic detail. He went through our figures and it seems we are going to loose all of our discounts - TV about the same, broadband up from 0 to £7.50 even though we only get 2.5mb and now not even that. Line rental up from £10 to £17.50 - total of neatly £14 increase in our bill
So I told chap exactly what I thought of sky and said I would be checking comparison sites etc for accurate figures closer to the date - quite willing to go to the wire with this now
I always do well with customer complaints when I give all of the details correctly and word the complaint right and generally wear them down so this is the first one I've lost

Hi everyone, not been here for a while or glitching as I've been preoccupied with my new puppy, I've even let a pile of wombles expire and paid full price for Easter eggs
I try to avoid Asda these days as Rocco gets upset when I go and wanders about looking for me OH tells me. It's lovely to be wanted
I had my shopping delivered earlier as its only £1 on Wednesday evening

loose veg doesn't count anymore!0 -
OH has just rung and Faustino didn't work, no BG was applied, just the 25% wyb 6
:(.
He read out the receipt and he had definitely bought 10 different items - one or more must have not been picked up by the BG. He is furious because I have asked him to go back in and return the wine:o:o
Just for info - he bought wine, 2 different types of kids sweets, one each of baking potato, banana, carrot, parsnip, apple, red onion, brown onion. I have bought loose veg before and it has counted towards BG, not sure what happened here - other than sod's law it would happen to the person who didn't want to go in the first place:)
edit - just seen the previous posts about getting more than 10 items to be on the safe side. I was talking to our plumber when he rang to check, or I would have told him to get a couple more, was too embarrassed to go into detail in front of the plumber!
Did they weigh the twoonions together? That happened to me so now I put one at the front of the shop and one at the back.0 -
