The larder has been so jam packed without any air circulating and the cardboard box they were in were the far corner on the floor which would have been coldest spot on stone step. Stupidly when I used the last of the Paroli pasta I put a carrier bag of As RTC tea bags in the box not sure if it caused condensation. :eek:

I have kept pasta in that box for at least 5 years now too.
