Yes it shows twice in their screen but only applies once - one is supervisor override and second says Retain Voucher or something like that and requires two confirmations from them.

No big deal in the scheme of things but those Elite of a nervous disposition may want to avoid £10+ vouchers as they can be more difficult to explain (or rather, still choose self scan or till wisely depending on which staff member is working - you generally know which ones to avoid ).

The solution to avoid this:

Go to payment, scan voucher/receipt, click credit card, wait, don't insert card, wait, voucher acceptance screen will come up. Press ok and it'll take you back to the main screen.
If it doesn't press cancel payment and wait.

Once done, pay by however you pay.
