Season 5  You are catching up quickly.
I find it hard to look at Rick and see the lad in love with Kira knightly in Love Actually.

I am on a TV drought. Not having wifi still (mhoc is always on phone to bt and I can't get through:rotfl:) I am tethering only. Used my gb allowance to 20 gb for just £3 which was lucky so limit myself to only an hour or two of box sets a day. I find bbc I player must place at slow speed as my gb last longer on there.

Not sure what to watch next. Watched Revolution a while back, made foe tv carp that was quite good.

    Vx

If TV show binging were an Olympic sport, I'd definitely be a contender :D Thank jebus I have unlimited internet :)

Better than the deal i saw in waitrose.....12 for £10

As for any place offering 12 eggs for £10, they can pull the other one! That is over 83p per egg:eek:, far far worse than bog-standard 3 for £1 offers (33.3...p each). However, HB had them at 8 for £1 in one recent year - so, far, far more expensive the supermarkets!

£1.65 for five eggs is hardly much better = 33p per egg. T is £1.65 so Avs T should be cheaper. Mr A has 12 eggs at £4 - again, coincidentally the very same 33.3...p per egg that others have on 3 for £1 offers:wall:. It looks like best in the supermarkets is Avs T at £3, but may have to be very quick as the offer says 9/3-15/3. However, £3 is twice the cost that they should be, based on HB's 8 for £1 of some earlier year - 12 should therefore be £1.50.

However, tell whoever wants them not to bother at all as they are not the same anyway nowadays and are rubbish taste. Separately I had the Pots of "Joy" earlier and I thought that the Choc. Orange version would turn out to be the one I didn't like as much, as I'm not as fond of Orange flavour Chocolate, however the Creme Eggs pots were yuck and the worst-tasting IMO.

Nonetheless, could there be a potential glitch way to go? I do not know whether this is worth it even if it were to be found to exist:

    From a.com.

    Products included in this offer

Mix and match [my emphasis] - EASTER - 2 FOR £1Valid from 30/12/2015
    Showing 1-1 of 1 items

    50201600_130_IDShot_4.jpeg
    40G

    2 FOR £1Cadbury Creme Egg Single(1)

    60p (£1.50/100g)

I notice it says "mix and match". But mix with what? I note there is only one item, the single Creme Egg, in the offer according to this. However, could the single Caramel Eggs be really available in-store (I do not find them online) and could they be on the 2 for £1? If they are - and again it is totally speculative as I have not checked instore up to now - could it be 3 Creme Eggs and 1 Caramel Egg? Pay 2x 2 for £1, and then the 3 Creme Eggs (with one picked up mbuy) comparing vs 3 for £1 offers elsewhere (T/S/possibly even M) with the Caramel Egg no show. May be total of £1.60 vs £1, therefore 70p APG off original spend of £2:eek:. £1.30 for 4 eggs is... 32.5p each:(, even worse than getting 10% off straight 3 for £1 pricing of elsewhere. Therefore, it's worse than getting 3 and comparing (though 12 pack vs T should be a bit better - but still v.expensive compared to HB price per egg - I think we need to look outside the main supermarkets, buy after Easter or not buy such an inferior product at all these days (compared to the recipe they used to be)). It was a nice try, but trigger route (even if it existed) is not a way to go.

It's only £4/kg in ASDA and you don't have to buy the whole leg as advertised at Lidl weighing 1.8kg to 2.5kg (£6.82 to £9.48)

My ASDA today had half legs from just over a kilo at £4.29 - and these were the TOP (fat thigh) end of the leg (lots of really lean meat/muscle) as apposed to the pointed foot end that is mostly bone, making the joint far better value.

Someone here wanted lots of creme eggs, i saw 5 in a pack in farmfoods for £1.65 think it was, just remembered

Lidl has been selling these 5 packs at £1.60

    HOWEVER .....

Good morning everybody, I hope you are well and have a fabulous Monday.

    Happy shopping.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.
  • Good morning. It looks like it could be another beautiful day today.
What a busy weekend on here Rose with her granddaughter, rhos and her wedding, scamp's moving house, Bubbs moving back home.
Let's hope for a week full of glitches ( but not frozen ones because my freezers are full again)
