Well that meal deal fish is ok, just had a piece with lemon and nothing else.

That decision had a lot to do with the amount of chocolate consumed this afternoon. :D

You can request a daily ice bucket and lemon slices via your room Stewart
And there is a fridge for the wine box

Morning all! Hope you're getting some of the lovely sunshine that's starting to make another appearance today! I don't get chance to post much these days as I'm so knackered after work and playing catch up, but I do enjoy reading about all the Elite goings-on :D

Following the comment about taking drinks on P&O cruises, does anyone know whether they provide a fridge in your room, or an ice machine and glasses? Not much point in taking a bottle or two if it's going to be warm so I'm guessing there must be some trick to it. I've only done a mini cruise to Bruges and back before, for a friend's hen party. It was very rowdy and busy, which put me off the idea of a longer cruise, but lots of people rave about them, so I'm assuming a longer one would have a different clientele!

Also, just a quick question to any Elite gardeners out there, is it too early to start planting veg seeds? I've got a mini plastic greenhouse type thing but I don't want to waste my time if they'll all fail.

Hoping the wedding and the house move went well yesterday, off to catch up again :)

  • Hi peeps
Just trying to understand the new systems at asda. I have checked the closest 8 stores to me and all on new system. So if I understand it correctly only benefits to c&c now are:

If the RTC deal is good and sold out in store you gaurabtee your self well priced subs.

If there is a favourable mb deal starting or finishing there maybe an opertunity to get in store deals delivered or collected... On that note is it just one flavour Coke on possible mb deal.

Can anyone tell me how I find what's ending and starting easily on asda website?

Thanks again ladies and gents :)

Oh gawd, I've just passed a waitrsoe today and I could have nipped in for the free pick up bars ...

This was in Leek ... No I never knew either that Leek was posh enough for a waitrsoe :)

And a very nice Waitrose it is too mhoc, has a lovely coffee shop :)

At one time the only store they had in Leek was a large Co-op (which is now Wilkies). They also have a Morrisons, Aldi & B&M Stores.
