Hi all! What a fabulous day.
Just about to roast some Bubbs beef :)
Do you recommend leaving the elastic netting on or taking it off? It's not a rolled joint, so the elastic is not holding it all together. Just wondering what you experts say! :)

I always leave it on, hth

I always leave it on, OH would go mad if he couldn't chew all the little bits off it when he carves :D Funnily enough I have a joint of beef in the slow cooker at the moment, and it smells devine:D
