Do you recommend leaving the elastic netting on or taking it off? It's not a rolled joint, so the elastic is not holding it all together. Just wondering what you experts say!

I always leave it on, OH would go mad if he couldn't chew all the little bits off it when he carvesFunnily enough I have a joint of beef in the slow cooker at the moment, and it smells devine:D
