I have a coupon for £12 off £80 spend.
In the past I would have done a 'price promise' shop and compared against Asda or Morrisons to get the price promise coupon for next time.
I haven't shopped at Tesco since they have changed the price match so not familiar with it.
If I do an 'over priced' shop to compare with Asda will Tesco compare my items before the £12 coupon or after the £12 ?

Ooo, I hadn't thought of that possibility...
I don't usually spend £80 at one time but was tempted for the saving. I might just have another cup of tea and forget about shopping today.
thanks

If you are on the new system, you pay what it shows at the time you order, not when it is picked, so unfortunately it no longer works for rtc products.:(:(
Oh wow.. Really! Thanks Squiggs .. So does anybody know if any Leicester stores particularly thurmaston is on old or new system?
Thanks for the response.. So the in store only glitches might work on click and collect now if on new system.
Thanks again X0 -
Beautiful day here. Been up since 8 as neighbours have a squeaky door that woke me at 3 and 7. Do you think its acceptable to knock on the door and ask them to put some oil on it?
Lovely day in London yesterday meeting my new granddaughter. Was quite amusing to see my son changing a nappy. I took them flowers, wine choccie biscuits ( from Waitrose reductions after Xmas, some reduced wraps and hot cross buns and three meals I cooked in slow cooker for them. Also glitchy easter eggs and some cardies from my Mum for baba and gave her some money to start her 1st bank account.
Dil was grateful for meals and the Easter egg as she said she never gets an egg as her Mum is gone.
Quite tired today it was 3.5 hours up and same back but going to spend the day in the garden transplanting snowdrops. Have a lovely day all0 -
Good morning everyone.
The sun is shining today in North Wales, unlike yesterday.
I hope rhosynbach had a lovely day at the wedding, and is sporting a sore head today:)

I also have to plough my way through 200 CV's as someone at work though it a good idea to leave the vacancy account open. Some are dire:eek: expanding on their great work ethics for 4 weeks voluntary service in the last 5 years
QOC want to move up here? Good fortune for you tomorrow :T
Ill help you sift through the CV'sit's amazing the lengths some people will go to to embellish their CV's isn't it?! :rotfl:
Morning all! Hope you're getting some of the lovely sunshine that's starting to make another appearance today! I don't get chance to post much these days as I'm so knackered after work and playing catch up, but I do enjoy reading about all the Elite goings-on
Also, just a quick question to any Elite gardeners out there, is it too early to start planting veg seeds? I've got a mini plastic greenhouse type thing but I don't want to waste my time if they'll all fail.
Hoping the wedding and the house move went well yesterday, off to catch up again
If you can get your seeds started indoors and once they've got their second true set of leaves you could use your greenhouse as a type of cold frame for a bit until the risk of frost has passedI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards.
