First time buyers looking for best buy 5 years fix

We are both foreigners and 1st time buyers. We are looking for a good mortgage deal offering a 5 years fixed rate. After the first 5 years, we would like to have no early repayment fees + overpayment should be allowed on a monthly basis. Plan to borrow 95% of the value of property so a bit worried about HPA. So far we spotted interesting offers with :
Nationwide
Abbey
Cooperative Bank
and Yorkshire BS
