Transcom - Notice of Debt Collection

Hello,
Can anyone offer some advice please?
We have received a letter today from Transcom. A Notice of Debt Collection for amounts owed to eBay. It is our address but not our name on the letter or a previous owner (we are the second owners and know the names of the first). Do we contact the company to tell them this? Is it a scam and by contacting them we start up some engagement between them and us? What should we do? Thank you so much.

Hi, I too have recieved today an orange debt collection letter from Transcom worldwide U.K. ltd saying I owe £57 odd quid to ebay. it has my name on it and my old parents address from years ago but the thing that doesn't make sense is on the letter states: Your original ebay uk limited account number- thomaskieran578-0....I don't even know who that is!! Has anyone else had a similar letter or with the ebay number thomaskieran578-0?
Many thanks in advance for anyone who could help me.0 -
That ebay user sold a camera in September.
Not sure if you work the fees out if it matches the bill?
