Capita FriendsLife

Options
Hi, I have received a letter and a form from Capita FriendsLife stating that I may have a policy with them. They have enclosed a Verification Form, for me to complete, asking for previous addresses/DOB/National Insurance Number.
Does anyone know if this is genuine or a scam? I do not want to supply the information only to be bombarded with letters from Insurance Companies, or worse chance identity fraud.
Would be grateful for any information.

It is genuine. FL use capita for searches where contact has been lost.

FL are a life and pensions company. Usually this means it is a pension as they have a requirement to trace people with pensions.
