Retweeting more than one post

When a twitter competition is posted on the comp board it links to the twitter post which we then retweet .
Now question I have is that the promoters of the competition post tweets prompting us to retweet .
So if we retweet these other tweets can that go against us? Or are you only allowed one retweet?

As you can only do 1 RT I'm assuming the posting of a new tweet is another invitation to RT.
I always RT again. However, I don't win a lot, LOL!

It depends on the wording of the tweet.

So if you have the first competition tweet that says something like "follow and rt to win a teapot" then you retweet that tweet.

If you then see further tweets saying "rt the competition tweet to win a teapot" then you don't retweet this tweet, and you have already retweeted the right one.

But if you see the first competition tweet again, so they'ved tweeted "follow and rt to win a teapot" then it's up to the person running the competition whether or not they take this an extra entry or not. Some will tell you that only one rt will count, others will say you can rt as many times as you like. So if you're not sure, just ask them!
