dmp and bank charges, advise needed

i am shortly going under a dmp with paypal to pay my debts of 25000 however i am also wanting to claim penalty charges of around 8000 back from all the various creditors. If i tried to claim these would i run the risk of the creditors pulling out of the dmp. Also would this be the same if i was in an IVA.PLEASE HELP

I was in a DMP with CCCS and successfully claimed back charges from A&L, Marbles and First Direct. Pretty sure it will have no effect on your plan - they are different departments.
Good luck with your charges - keep at it they will cave in eventually. Lots of help on here if you need it.
