Hi just looking for some information if anyone can help.

My aunt got me ghds for christmas last year they have been used a handful of times they are snapping my hair off and my hair is gettin caught in the blades, my aunt paid for this with her card but sadly she passed away in january i called customer service they said they would send them away to be fixed but to be honest i dont want other pair of ghds as they have put me off would i be able to get a gift card? As my aunts card is no longer in use.

    Explain to CS that you don't want them fixed because your experience has put you off and ask if you could have a refund in gift vouchers. They aren't obliged to do so, but may well agree if asked nicely.
