Countrywide Conveyancing services review

Did you sign up to praise their services ? Using the terminology 'CCS' is not something a regular customer would use either
With usually only the CCS replying as CCS from the reviews:

Clearly they have their own forum thread

Getting a mortgage offer is only part of the process, not getting ripped off and not getting the best deal for yourself while the broker gets all the commission is not great either."It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

I've used Countrywide Conveyancing Services (Bridgend then Cardiff) twice in the last three years, each time for both sale and purchase. They have been very good, helpful, clear, relatively easy to communicate with (ended up on the answer machine a few times, but they got back to me within the day), and they have definitely been proactive rather than just reactive. I needed to monitor what was happening and at one stage chase up with my agent's help something that had got stuck, but on the whole this is better than the constant need to chase up I'd experienced when using local law firms. CCS were instructed this time on sale and purchase within a few days of each other, and they completed the sale conveyancing and were ready to exchange in about 7 weeks. The purchase side would have been completed at the same time had it not been for another solicitor being much slower. The attitude of CCS staff on the phone was great, and the website that tracks progress is helpful. I'll probably use them again next time. Asking around the agents (who are not connected to CCS) they are usually reporting CCS is pretty good, occasionally slow, but getting better. I'm happy to give four and a half stars.0

Without looking your praising them again, report as spam. Avoid at all costs"It is prudent when shopping for something important, not to limit yourself to Pound land/Estate Agents"

Oh stop it and go away. Your shill posts are more tedious than the original complaint email that must have bored the recipient to tears. I only got 1 paragraph into it.
When will people learn that when you complain, make it succinct and stick to pure facts.0 -
