The Frugi ‘Magical Campervan Giveaway’ prize draw is open to entrants aged 18 or over only.
The prize draw is not open to employees of Frugi, Fistral Bays VW Camper Hire, Eden Project, Riverford, Frugi retailers, agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.
Entry into the prize draw is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
By entering the competition you are agreeing to receive marketing communications from Frugi, Eden Project and Riverford. You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications at any time by contacting the companies directly and notifying them of this. To opt out of email marketing communications you can also use the ‘unsubscribe’ link located at the bottom of any email newsletters you receive.
The ‘friends’ details supplied by the entrant will NOT be shared with the 3rd parties described above.
To enter the prize draw you must complete the online entry form in full, including a friends name and email address.
The prize draw opens at 10:00 (GMT) Wednesday 2nd March 2016 and closes 09:59 Wednesday 25th May 2016. Entries submitted before or after that date and time will not be valid.
The winners will be chosen from a random electronic draw of entries, which will take place on Monday 30th May 2016.
The winners will be notified by email by Wednesday 1st June 2016. If a winner does not respond within 28 days of being notified or does not comply with the terms & conditions the prize will be forfeited and Frugi will select another winner (and that winner will have to confirm acceptance of the prize and comply with the terms & conditions within 28 days or their prize will be forfeited).
Upon the winners’ acceptance of their respective prizes, their names may be announced via Frugi, Fistral Bays VW Camper Hire, Eden Project, Riverford, and Cool Campers social media and websites.
The winner, named friend and families will receive the following:
A three night campervan tour of Cornwall in a beautiful VW retro campervan from Fistral Bays Campervan Hire, stopping at designated camping spots recommended by Cool Camping around South Cornwall (between Friday 19th August 2016 to Monday 22nd August 2016).
2 family tickets & lunch at the Eden Project to be used between Friday 19th August 2016 to Monday 22nd August 2016.
A Riverford recipe food box waiting for you in your van.
Surfing lessons.
Fab Frugi outfits (of your choice) for each child.
Fun Frugi family photoshoot.
Lots of lovely Cornish treats!

12. Frugi, Fistral Bays VW Camper Hire, Eden Project and Riverford accept no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
The prize does not include holiday insurance, travel to and from the prize locations, or any travel or other expenses during the trip. Any out of pocket expenses (such as phone, drinks, activities, fuel and food not included in the prize). One tank of fuel will be provided for each van.
Two members of the winning group must be aged between 25 and 70 years of age, of sound health and hold a full current UK driving licence (for a manual transmission) and have held this for more than three years. Drivers must disclose all accidents, claims, endorsements, convictions and disqualifications to Fistral Bays VW Camper Hire, failure to do so will invalidate the insurance.
Drivers must not have more than 2 current minor endorsements (six points) on their driving licence at the time of hire.

No dogs are allowed to join the winning families on the trip.
One driver will be insured for each campervan, extra drivers can be added at £5 per day per driver. This cost will not be covered by Frugi, Fistral Bays VW Camper Hire, Eden Project or Riverford.
Age restrictions may apply for surfing lessons.
Each Eden Project family ticket grants free entry and lunch to 2 adults and 2 children.
No cash alternative is available. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
The prize is valid from Friday 19th August 2016 to Monday 22nd August 2016.
Dates of the holiday cannot be changed, please ensure you are available during these dates.
The winner and named friend must be the parent or legal guardian of the children accompanying them, or have written permission from that person's parent or legal guardian, which Frugi, Fistral Bays VW Camper Hire, Eden Project and Riverford may ask to see at any time.
The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be paid if the winner is unable to use the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions.
