CIS Mortgage

HI

I was hoping somone would know a bit more about construction industry scheme mortgages than i do.

Could somone please confirm the requirments re. Proof employment(payslips i know) for what duration to time of mortgage application? and for how much longer and how this is proven ? Or wether the later is definatly enquired about.

Also re tax. If youve recently been employed but still ow tax on self employed income does this interfere in any way ?

And regarding the lending figure, which i understand is calculated from an avg of the latest 6months payslips, is it affected buy tax not paid on part of this amount due to the personal allowence ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Best,
