Doesn't make a lot of difference really. Employers were already liable for the actions of their employees when related to their employment, all this does is extend that to employees going off-piste and indulging in private criminality on their employer's time.0

This leaves no doubt that, for example, UKPC are responsible when their employees alter the timestamps on photographs to fraudulently issue parking charges.Je suis Charlie0 -
