Functional skills certificate nvq2

Hi
I completed my NVQ 2 in health and social care in 2013 but I've been looking through my certifictes & can't find one for the functional skills for Maths and English.

Should I have a separate certificate for these or are they incorporated within the rest of the certifictes ?

Thanks I don't suppose you know what the certificte looks like ? Lol,
I've got lots of certifictes wondered if it's just me being thick & I've missed it.........I've had a long day

Otherwise I'll have to contact the assessor/college for get a copy

It'll be different depending on the awarding body.

Mine (City & Guilds) look like any other C&G cert but with Functional Skills across the top, similar to this. Not mine btw, just a stock image from Google

Thank you, I've had to ring up & get a replacement certificate as I didn't have them......also mine is Key Skills & not functional skills as they changed the name to functional skills not long after I passed my NVQ

The certificate would still look the same, just the name will have changed.

City and guilds certificates have looked like that for years. My key skills and functional skills certificates look identical
