Really not sure where to post this but trying to find out if anyone else is having problems with this company. Used the discount code given off the MoneySavingExpert and it's now been 4 weeks trying to get in touch but no response. Wondering if it's just my order or if others are also having problems.

I've used this company a couple of times and the length of time they take to fulfil orders is horrendous but they do always arrive eventually. I now just use them when I'm not in a rush for the glasses (my husband is a builder and is rough on glasses so I like to have spare ones in the house for him). The glasses have always been great it, is just the length of time they take to arrive that lets the company down. Good luck, hopefully they will arrive soon.

Many thanks. It looks like they have finally sent them out after 4 weeks of ignoring my messages. I was starting to worry about the quality of the company and about prescription being correct but you've set my mind at ease
