Does anybody know what the maximum time it takes the valuation to be submitted back to the mortgage company am i right in thinking 5 working days max?

Hi I'm no expert but my valuation has been done today and we have been told we should have a mortgage offer or a decline within 7 days0

sounds reasonable, i think all the underwriting has been done so this is the last hurdle!0
