Like Martin, I didn't worry about hitting my target during my first week, but after a while you get a bit obsessed. In particular re-organising my day around walks. I quickly found 1 hour walks during a working day left me tired, but 2 half-hour walks at different times meant I achieved more steps yet felt less tired.Wearing my other one today.0
