Surveyhead closing down.

Hi just logged onto surveyed and they have the following message on there page,

Effective Friday, March 11th, 2016, Surveyhead UK will be closed and you will no longer be able to participate in surveys or earn rewards. Please feel free to redeem rewards by logging into your account.

If you are still interested in taking surveys and earning rewards, join Opinion World! Opinion World is an online community where you can earn gift cards and more by sharing your opinions.

I don't have enough to can out so looks like i 'v been wasting my time yet again on filling surveys in.

It's so annoying I requested a payout on the 11th Feb and am currently on £21 (although £6 is still pending). Won't be seeing that 30 odd quid.....

I did too, but like you am not hopeful, they are such slow payers anyway and I have surveys still pending payment from back in June!

Just received the following reply to my email,
Dear Member,

Thank you for the email. We are really sorry for the inconvenience.

I looked into your account and found that you have insufficient balance to cashout. You have $ 14.20 USD (Equivalent to your National currency) in your account. You need to have $25 USD (Equivalent to your National currency) to make cashout for a gift card and $50 USD (Equivalent to your National currency) to make cashout through PayPal.

Also, please contact us 2-3 days before the closing date (March 11, 2016) so that we can update all you pending surveys so that you may cashout so that you may cashout before the site gets closed. Once the site is closed any pending survey will not be credited and you will not be able to cashout.

The balance which will be left back in your account will get forfeited once the panel site will get closed.

If you need anything else please let us know.

Glad you got a response, I've not had anything so far. It's so frustrating. They were a nice little earner for me but too slow to pay, so am glad to get shot of them really. Shame that lots of people will be losing out though

Theyve been taken over by SSI, who just so happen to own 'Opinion World'

Might be worth emailing them & stating that youd like to transfer your account & rewards to Opinion World
(quite why theyre not offering that anyway?!)

I logged on this morning and every single pending survey had changed to "earned" (even the one from back in June!). So I managed to cash out £17 odd quid by paypal today. Just have to wait and see now....

I emailed instantly_rewards@ssisurveys.com and asked them to cash out my surveyhead account today. They replied asking for some verification details, which I provided then they replied saying they had processed the request and the money would be in my paypal in 7-14 days. I'll post back with a progress report.

One of my cashout requests got paid this week, just waiting for the last one now. I have emailed them also just to check that they will still honour this.
