I haven't started yet as would like an emergency fund so trying to stall things a little. But when I get a letter from a creditor which seems quite scary, I use the DMP board for advice and people have been so helpful :T
sounds like your pretty much in the same position as me right now, im also currently trying to build up a fund, but I have been getting some of those scary letters as I haven't spoken to creditors either by phone or letter0 -

I have started to send my letters and only one creditor was being annoying. They sent a letter last week saying they were going to visit my home  so I called them and it seems their departments just had not communicated my letters and they were really nice in the end. Put my account on hold for a further 30 days. I will be back here in a few weeks getting advice on how to stall further!DMP Started June 20160 -
Your SOA doesn't give your debt repayments. Is all, or more, of the £527.01 taken up with repaying the unsecured debt?0

Why? Why shouldn't he do what just about everyone else does and pay back what he borrowed?
Even if that takes the rest of his life.0 -
