Missing payment & can't get through to CSA on either number - how do I contact them?!

I receive maintenance each month via a DEO that my non-compliant ex is on and for the last few months it's been late, so I've had to call and chase it. I've had no issues getting through on the phone previously. I got through each month to find the payment had been received but not pushed through at the CSA's end, meaning I hadn't received it.
It's late again but I can't get through. The number I usually call (0845 050 8941) was constantly engaged last week and now has a 'dead' tone. I googled an alternative on the DWP website (0345 609 0082), which takes you through inputting your NI number and DOB etc, then says it'll transfer you to an operator, then it's complete silence for about 30 seconds before it changes to the 'dead' tone. Does anyone have another contact number for them please? I really need this payment. Thank you.

Just swap the 0845 for 0345 on the old number.0

DWP replaced their premium rate 0845 lines with cheaper 0345 numbers on 17 March 2014. Some of the old 0845 lines are still operational but simply advise the new number and tell you to hang up and re-dial. Other old 0845 numbers have been completely switched off.
Calls to 03 numbers are inclusive from landlines and mobiles, else charged at 'geographic rate' - exactly the same as calls to 01 and 02 numbers.0 -
I think they are having issues with the phones. I just tried to ring them and it asked me to call back between 9am and 5 pm Monday to Friday.... this was 10am on a Tuesday?0
