Daily Mirror win not received

4 weeks ago I received a phone call from the Daily Mirror to say I had won a One-For-All gift card worth £100. To date I have not received it. I have phoned them back twice and left voice mails but no response. Any thoughts on what I should do??

Ideally leave it 28 working days, if after the 28 working days it hasn't been received then a polite email.
I usually leave a prize 2 months before asking Ipm or Asa to get involved, and generally letting comp orgnaiser know that you are fed up and asking Ipm or Asa for help usually spurs them on to sort it out.
Ringing twice when the initial 28 days isn't over I think might be a tad hasty.
Hopefully they are just waiting for card to arrive to send out to you.
Good luck
