I have a load of chicken stock, frozen, that I want to use - waste of freezer space.
I do make a v good rissoto, using Jack Monroe's recipe, that's my only idea so far
We're not big fans of soup, although we do like stew - so perhaps all in one pot meal ideas, like stew like soups?
Not dairy heavy please, as I'm lactose intolerant. I can cope with small amounts, and thankfully mature cheddars are v low in lactose - non tablet calcium intake So cheesy good, milky not good.
So cheesy good, milky not good.
