I agree with amn, and thats only with very limited information. One of the reasons we (brokers) do not name lenders as you are doing so with only part of the information. All good information and appreciated, as said i've not had the need to know anything mortgage wise for years or how regulations etc... have changed until now and seeing a good friend struggle and ripped off by so called professionals.....(which i've since reported)0
