Help needed want to sort out mortgage

Options
So I finished all payments to a debt manage my plan 6 months ago and have been debt free whilst not taking out any further loans. My fianc!e who has high earnings and a good credit rating and I are now in a position to buy a place of our own, he's selling his house and so we will have a loan to value of 25- 35%. Along with this he earns enough to have the mortgage approved under his own name but we want it in both but given my recent dmp and my bad credit score we're unsure of whether to apply together or under his name. Some realistic advice great fully welcomed please

It all depends on what's showing on your credit file still, but with a LTV like that I'm sure there would be options for you.

Get a copy of your credit file, or all three if you can, and discuss with a broker who's specialised in adverse credit mortgages
