BBC London on BBC Iplayer today 7 minutes in says that a new report cites Haringey as being the lead borough for attracting jobs in Lonond over the next 20 years and with it, it will enjoy the greatest increase in demand for housing.
Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.

    Who "enjoys" the increased demand? The borough? People trying to buy there? The current residents?

    A more neutral verb would work better without specifying which group it refers to.

    Sorry should have said haringey will enjoy the largest jobs growth in London and the predicated consenqunce will be Haringeys house prices rising quicker than any other borough in the next 20 years.

    Jobs.
    I would be surprised were it not tower hamlets on a percentage basis and Westminster on a nominal basis.

    Housing.
    Not sure you can pinpoint a borough but north of the river I would think Zone 2 and Zone 3 will outperform all the rest and Haringey is Z3 methinks

    Yeah can't find the report, the BBC London alluded to it being from the GLA. Some 20 year study of all boroughs.
