Hi guys
I've started making low fat quiche and I've been using cottage cheese. As its only me that eats it there's no way I will get through a whole tub so wondering if I could freeze it ... So hate waste

Try a yoghurt sized pot.

I ususally use one whole egg and 2 egg whites then add cottage cheese (not 100% sure of weight as I 1 ww point worth - can check later) milk and salt n pepper. I then chop my filling goats cheese beetroot and red onion and add this to a tortilla boat I then pour on the cottage cheese egg mix and bake until set .. its all 3sp for my ww plan so really filling and yum !!

I have occasionally frozen heaps of yellow sticker cottage cheese and it is fine for macaroni cheese etc if you wizz it with a hand blender something like this...http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/household-appliances/small-kitchen-appliances/food-and-drink-preparation/juicers-and-blenders/currys-c24hbw09-hand-blender-white-04133631-pdt.html?gclid=CN6wvJ7unMsCFRKNGwodcv4Ptw&srcid=198&cmpid=ppc~gg~~~Exact&mc!!!!!gg_goog_7904&s_kwcid=AL!3391!3!85318525284!!!g!125715774084!&ef_id=Vq5UmgAABUn@7BMG:20160229112419:s
