Can you reformat it and repost it in the MSE format?

You've got petrol/diesel but no maintenance or road tax or insurance. If you're paying someone else to drive you places then put the expense under "Other Travel". I would offer to pay 25p/mile for someone else to drive you places rather than trying to break it down. It will be acceptable.

:p Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S) :p Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money. :p

    Hi,
You do not have a surplus for an IPA. I suggest you get rid of 'presents' at £30 and include a holiday fund of £60.
Don't worry if you end up with a negative statement - your explanation is that "these are my reasonable domestic needs, but my income doesn't allow at the moment so I am having to reduce my costs still further to make my budget balance"
