AnotherJoe - if we cant get his name of this mortgage then he wont be buying another house. thats why I'm trying to work out if I would be likely to be able to take the mortgage on in my name only or if we could add my husband.
our current fix ends start of Aug 2016 - so how far in advance should I speak to broker or contact existing lender if I plan to do TOE?
Is it worth applying for the TOE in the first instance and then if i get rejected then go to a broker? I assume TOE application will involve credit search?0
