Hi,
A lot of lenders are asking for 20% deposit on New Builds. I was hoping more for around 10%. Does anyone know of any? Not really considering Help to buy. Based in Scotland.

With the new help to buy scheme most new builds now need a 5% deposit with the government giving a 15% contribution.0
