I haven't heard anything regarding my documents yet, hoping that means everything they need is there though as I would have thought they quickly check over documents before the underwriting begins x0

Hi, I did full mortgage application last week with broker. Paid solicitors fees last week for them to start searches. I havnt heard anything else since, is the next step for valuation to be booked? Don't really know what I'm waiting for now!
Thanks0 -
Hi @sparklecity , when we put our application in we gave our broker the card details to pass on to the lender and they took the payment for valuation out after 2 days of application going in. I would ask your broker when the valuation will be and when it needs paying for, as each lenders application procedure is different0
