Wow fingers crossed for you. My MB rang Virgin today and said my documents are getting assessed in the next 24 hours then valuation Thursday. I'm so nervous x0

I haven't heard anything regarding my documents yet, hoping that means everything they need is there though as I would have thought they quickly check over documents before the underwriting begins x0

I am having the same nervous wait, soooo frustrated right now as neither valuation has taken place yet (and don't know when yet, either) !!0

@mizenberg isn't it awful!! I know my valuation has definitely been done as I have spoke with the estate agents about it, it's just the waiting game, it's a killer!! Hoping to hear back about ours by Monday, fingers crossed. Good luck with yours too!0

Hi, I did full mortgage application last week with broker. Paid solicitors fees last week for them to start searches. I havnt heard anything else since, is the next step for valuation to be booked? Don't really know what I'm waiting for now!

Hi @sparklecity , when we put our application in we gave our broker the card details to pass on to the lender and they took the payment for valuation out after 2 days of application going in. I would ask your broker when the valuation will be and when it needs paying for, as each lenders application procedure is different
