Valuation

So valuation booked 4th March which seems ages away! Will they start underwriting or only do that after the valuation. Really wanted to complete before Easter as we have no chain either way :(

    You really need to tell us which lender you are talking about if you want an answer as specific as you appear to.

    Lenders operate in different and very mysterious ways, different one from another.

  • Just spoke to my MB and he said they underwrite what they have got while waiting for the valuation to be carried out.
