Baxi CHP boiler

Does anyone have any experience with these boilers.

We are looking to replace or 30 year old combi.
we already have solar panels,and you get a FIT from this boiler as well.

Thanks for the replies, look as though they would not be worth the money for us,as we don't have the heating on all day,and only have it not a few hours in the evening.
